Apple, Inc and Steve Jobs have been a part of the American as well as global landscape for many years now.  Although I use a PC for most of my business, I do own a MAC Powerbook, Nano, Shuffle and soon will own an iPhone.  (I didn’t jump on the iPhone bandwagon because I had a Palm Treo that was working just fine until four months ago.)

Steve Jobs has done what I believe is an incredible job turning Apple, Inc around and creating products that help people be productive.  Sometimes the products can be addictive but I can tell you that my life has been made easier from Steve Jobs’ efforts.

I can easily listen to any genre of music from my computer, I can than clip that same music on to my waist or shirt sleeve and go workout.  My Nano has kept me company while on horrendous flights with kids screaming and women bitching about their husbands.  Everyone of my friends who owns an iPhone can’t stop raving about the applications and functions.  My good friend and “voiceover god” Harry Legg totally talked me into getting one the last time I was up to New Jersey for a visit.  It has made his life a lot easier and his enthusiasm about the product was very contagious and it made me want to be part of the iPhone community.

I just wanted to wish Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs and his family a speedy road to recover from the illness that he has be fighting with for a while now.  I hope the media and his rivals leave him alone and let him rest so his body can recover sooner than later.

Steve Jobs good luck and God Speed.  We want to see you back for the next generation of Apple, Inc products.
